Choose your pan:
- Carbon Steel – The traditional and most affordable choice. Requires seasoning and oiling after use.
- Enameled Steel – Easy-care and maintenance-free. No seasoning required.
- Pata Negra – Thicker, heavy-duty carbon steel. Requires seasoning and oiling after use.
- Stainless Steel – Premium, maintenance-free option. No seasoning required.
The L60 burner is perfectly matched to our 32" paella pans. It features four burner rings (3.5", 8.25", 15.5", and 23.5") with three independent controls for excellent heat control and even distribution. Total BTU output: 87,800.
The reinforced tripod raises the burner to a comfortable cooking height. Its 30" legs attach with thumb screws (no tools required) and adjust individually for leveling.
To start cooking, you'll need a propane tank. A compatible regulator and hose can be added as an optional discounted add-on.
