Enameled Steel Paella Pans

Our enameled pans offer convenience and value, and they make delicious paella. Made of steel, they're coated with a black and white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue. The enamel also makes them a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan).

Pan size refers to the top diameter, measured from rim to rim. The cm measurement is the more accurate; we round to the nearest inch.
The pan has a range of servings depending on whether you want a thinner or thicker layer of rice. You can serve more people with more rice, but we prefer using less rice as it gives better flavor.
