The G700 burner features three concentric rings of flame, each controlled independently for precise heat management. The outer ring measures 26 1/2 inches, the middle ring 18 1/2 inches, and the inner ring 11 1/2 inches. The first two rings are ideal for 24-inch pans, while the inner ring alone works perfectly with 17-inch pans. Total BTU output: 82,060.
This burner offers excellent control and flexibility, delivering steady, even heat across the entire paella pan. With three separate knobs, you can fine-tune your heat exactly where you need it.
A reinforced tripod stand is included to elevate the burner to a convenient table height. Each 30-inch leg slips onto the burner and tightens with thumb screws — no tools required. The legs adjust individually, making it easy to level the burner on uneven surfaces. Assembly and breakdown are quick, secure, and straightforward.
The 36-inch pan serves 40 to 70 people. This size is for serious paella cooks. It is made of carbon steel (also known as polished steel or acero pulido), the traditional material for paella. It heats quickly and evenly and is thin yet strong and durable. Many paella enthusiasts swear it even enhances the flavor. As with any carbon steel pan, it requires simple care: dry it immediately after washing and rub a light coat of vegetable oil on the inside to prevent rust. If rust appears, a quick scrub with steel wool takes it right off.
