Product Details

This burner fits our 32-inch pans and smaller. It has three concentric rings of flame and three knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 24 inches, the middle ring is 16 inches, and the inner ring is 8 inches. You can use the middle and inner rings together for 22-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 71,500.

Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.

All you need to start cooking is a propane tank and a regulator and hose to connect to the burner. We offer a compatible regulator and hose for this burner as an optional add-on, much discounted from what you will find elsewhere.

This burner is for propane gas only.
