These universally sized aluminum lids fit any style paella pan or other skillet. Paella is traditionally cooked uncovered, but if the rice isn't cooking evenly (due to an uneven heat source), a lid can help trap the steam and spread the heat.

Several sizes. If you don't see a lid that's the same size as your paella pan, choose one that's a bit larger. For regular straight-sided skillets, you'll need a lid that's at least 1/2 inch larger than the top diameter of your pan.

These lids are non-vented. 

NOTE: For precise lid dimensions, use the centimeter measurement. We convert to inches and round as needed. In some cases, the lid will rest just inside the rim of the paella pan, which works fine.
