- 1 kilo (2.2 lbs) cloth sack bomba rice (4 1/2 cups)
- 1 jar whole piquillo peppers, 200g (Denom of Origin)
- 1/2 gram jar of pure Spanish saffron
- 70-gram tin smoked sweet pimenton
- 1 sweet dry-cured Palacios mild chorizo (7.9 oz)

This set is a step up from our Paella Essentials Ingredient Pack. It includes everything in the Essentials plus the Palacios brand chorizo. We use Palacios chorizo (a well-known producer in Spain) as both a tapa before the meal as well as diced up and added to the paella.
