Product Details

This universally sized stainless steel lid fits any style paella pan or other skillet. Paella is traditionally cooked uncovered, but if the rice isn’t cooking evenly (due to an uneven heat source), a lid can help trap steam and distribute heat more consistently.

This 14-inch lid is vented and features a durable plastic knob for easy handling. It works well with 14-inch paella pans and smaller, and can also be used with other cookware of similar size.

NOTE: For precise lid dimensions, use the centimeter measurement. We convert to inches and round as needed. In some cases, the lid may rest just inside the rim of the paella pan, which works fine.

Please note: We have limited stock of these lids, and some units may have minor cosmetic imperfections. These do not affect performance and the lid remains fully functional.
