This small traditional cazuela is ideal for baking and serving vessels for individual casseroles, bread puddings, vegetable side dishes, and much more. The outside dimensions are 5 3/4 x 8 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Capacity is 20 ounces (2 1/2 cups).

Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. Before the first use, we recommend immersing the cazuela in water for 8 hours. This is an optional step but helps its heat resistance.

Made by a small company in northeastern Spain, these cazuelas have a hand-crafted, earthy feel -- their individuality is part of their charm.
