Authentic paella pans from Spain,
plus tripods, burners, and more paella pan extras.

Here you'll find information about that wonderful Spanish rice dish called paella — how to make it, what makes it so delicious (and why it's so often a disappointment in restaurants). You'll also discover why a truly spectacular paella — the kind where the rice is so good you can hardly stop eating it — is dependent on having a real Spanish paella pan. Explore this site and you'll see what we're talking about, or, if you already know you want to order a paella pan, go right to our products page or to our order form.

Sarah JayMeet Sarah Jay, proprietor of PaellaPans.com. Here she is presenting a large paella to family and friends who have gathered for a leisurely Sunday afternoon meal. In addition to the rice, the paella at left contains chicken, red peppers, green beans, and a ring of mussels around the perimeter. The pan in the photo is 26 inches in diameter. A paella cooked with the proper technique in a pan of that size would serve about 15 people. Looking approvingly over Sarah's shoulder is Arcadio, her Spanish father-in-law, along with Sophie the dog. Photo by Jason Loewith.
