70-gram tin of Pimenton de la Vera. It is genuine D.O. pimenton, made in Extremadura from peppers that have been slowly smoked over oakwood and then stone-ground to a silky fine powder. Pimenton adds a depth of flavor to your paellas that no other spice can replicate. Add a little to your sofrito or your broth, and its smoky, seductive flavor will permeate the dish.
