And lentil soup that’s silky smooth and doesn’t weigh you down, who knew that was possible?
These lentils have an earthy-nutty flavor and firm texture, and they retain their shape well, making them our go-to lentil for salads. They also cook very quickly, in about 15 to 20 minutes, and without any soaking. Perfect for weeknight meals
