The Spanish potato tortilla is truly an amazing dish -- so humble (made of just potatoes, onions, and eggs) and yet so incredibly satisfying. Our tortilla flipping pan ensures a perfect tortilla every time since it takes the anxiety out of the most critical step: the flipping of the tortilla in the pan. Just cook the tortilla in one of the nonstick pans, and when it is ready to flip, set the second nonstick pan on top. The two pans slip together simply but securely so you can feel confident doing "the flip." You can also use these pans separately as stand-alone nonstick skillets. Each pan measures 9 1/2 inches across the top. They work on all gas, electric, and induction burners.
