Spanish Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Arteoliva olive oil is produced from a blend of four olives: picual, picudo, hojiblanco, and arbequina. It is a lovely oil with fruity, nutty overtones -- it's nuanced enough to drizzle on bread or to whisk into vinaigrettes. Yet it's also robust enough to stand up to heat, so we use it in our paellas (as well as everything else).
We like the carton packaging because 1) it protects the oil from light and 2) it's lighter than glass, which lowers your shipping rate.
