This bowl-shaped cazuela has a fully glazed interior and a partially glazed exterior for a more rustic feel. It makes an attractive serving dish for everything from vegetable side dishes to gazpacho to chips or pretzels, Dimensions 9 x 2 3/4 inches. Capacity is 1 1/2 quarts (6 cups).

Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. Before the first use, we recommend immersing the cazuela in water for 8 hours. This is an optional step but helps its heat resistance.

Made by a small company in northeastern Spain, these cazuelas have a hand-crafted, earthy feel -- their individuality is part of their charm.
