This 8 1/4-inch traditional cazuela is perfect for a small arroz al horno, or as a serving vessel for tapas. Capacity is 30 ounces (5 cups).
Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. Before the first use, we recommend immersing the cazuela in water for 8 hours. This is an optional step but helps its heat resistance.
Made by a small company in northeastern Spain, these cazuelas have a hand-crafted, earthy feel -- their individuality is part of their charm.
