Paella Burners
Our gas burners are perfect for supplying an even heat under the entire paella pan. The burner, which must be used outdoors, connects to a propane tank via a hose and regulator that can be purchased separately from a gas supply or hardware store. Each ring of the burner has its own regulator knob, so you can control the flame for each ring independently.
Small - The above small burner has two rings; the diameter of
the outer ring is 14 inches, the inner ring is 6 inches. It will fit our 16" and 18.5" paella pans.

the outer ring is 16 inches, the inner ring is 8.5 inches. This burner fits our 22" paella pans.
