Wood-Handled Flat Spatula
This sturdy spatula has a large round flat blade, which is ideal for sauteing ingredients and spreading the rice evenly in the paella pan. The extra-long handle keeps your arm and face away from the hot fire, and the contoured wooden grip is comfortable and attractive. The spatula doubles as a serving utensil. Made of stainless steel.
Two sizes available - choose the 20" spatula for pans up to 26 inches. The diameter of the blade is 4 1/2 inches and the length of the handle is 16 1/4 inches. Or choose the 30" spatula for pans that are 28" and larger. The diameter of the blade is 5 inches and the length of the handle is 25 1/2 inches.
