Vented Lids
Universally sized lids fit any style paella pan or other skillet. Paella is traditionally cooked uncovered, but if the rice isn't cooking evenly (due to an uneven heat source), a lid can help trap the steam and spread the heat.
Several sizes. Choose one that's at least 1/2 inch larger than your pan.
