Lids
These universally sized aluminum lids fit any style paella pan or other skillet. Paella is traditionally cooked uncovered, but if the rice isn't cooking evenly (due to an uneven heat source), a lid can help trap the steam and spread the heat.
Several sizes. The 14-inch and 11-inch lids are vented, and the other sizes are not. If you don't see a lid that's the exact same size as your paella pan, choose one that's a bit larger. For regular straight-sided skillets, you'll need a lid that's at least 1/2 inch larger than the top diameter of your pan. For the most precise lid dimensions, please use the centimeter measurement. We convert cm to inches and round as needed.
