24" Stainless Slotted Spatula
For the preliminary sauteing of meat and vegetables, it's helpful to have a spatula with a generously sized blade with holes for oil to drain. If you're cooking over a grill or fire, you'll also need a long handle so you don't have to lean over the heat. This stainless steel spatula fits the bill.
This spatula is ideal for pans up to 26 inches. The diameter of the blade is 4 3/4 inches and the length of the handle is 18 inches. For larger size pans, consider our 30" slotted spatula [UL-SL30].
