16" Stainless Slotted Spatula
For the preliminary sauteing of meat and vegetables, it's helpful to have a spatula with a generously sized blade with holes for oil to drain. Made of stainless steel.
This spatula is ideal for pans that are 20" and smaller. The diameter of the blade is 3 1/2 inches and the length of the handle is 13 inches.
