16" Stainless Slotted Spatula
For the preliminary sauteing of meat and vegetables, it's helpful to have a spatula with a generously sized blade with holes for oil to drain. Made of stainless steel.
This spatula is ideal for pans that are 20" and smaller that will be cooked inside. If you're cooking over a grill or fire, you might choose the longer-handled 24" slotted spatula [UL-SL24] instead.
