Standard Ground Delivery in the U.S.
Orders usually arrive to their destination 1 to 8 business days after they are shipped, depending on distance and carrier method. We ship from New York, using Fedex and USPS. Standard Ground Delivery orders often leave our warehouse the same day (if ordered before 10 am) or else the next business day after they are received.
For time-sensitive Standard Ground orders, please be in touch: If you need the pan by a certain date, we will make every effort to pack and ship the order to meet your needs. Please let us know of your time concerns in the comments section when you are checking out, or else by sending us email or calling.
Signature required: Most Standard Ground orders do not require signatures for delivery and packages may be left outside the building if the carrier feels it is secure. Please note, however, that high-value orders (over $400) which ship by Standard Ground are usually insured and therefore do require a direct signature. If security is an issue, we recommend that you choose a Fedex Express air option, which also requires a signature.
Express Delivery in the U.S.
For urgent orders or if ground is cutting it too close, we recommend choosing an Express shipping option during checkout. We generally use Fedex for express orders.
Please note: Express orders that are placed through our online checkout system will ship the following day. Please call us if you need the order shipped out the same day; if early enough in the day, we can often get it out. Please be aware that there is no weekend delivery with Express orders. However, if you are ordering on Friday, we can arrange for Saturday delivery if you call us.
Express 3 day: Guaranteed to arrive 3 business days after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Thursday. If it ships on Wednesday, it will arrive on Monday. There is no weekend delivery.
Express 2 day: Guaranteed to arrive 2 business days after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. There is no weekend delivery.
Standard overnight and priority overnight: Guaranteed to arrive the next business day after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Tuesday. Fedex standard overnight arrives by the afternoon. Fedex priority overnight arrives in the morning. There is no weekend delivery.
Canada and Other International Orders
We ship internationally. Choose your shipping country at checkout. If your country is not listed, email or call us. A few of our largest products cannot ship by Fedex Express International. If this is this case with your order, we will contact you. For Canadian orders that ship via Fedex international, please be aware that there may be customs and duty fees due to Fedex before you can receive your package. These are in addition to the shipping charges paid to us at the time of purchase.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
We can ship to these locations. You may specify USPS priority as your shipping option at checkout, which is usually the most economical option. Some of our products, such as our 36 inch and larger pans and our 700 model and larger burners, are too large to ship with USPS. If you choose USPS in this case, we will contact you with an updated shipping cost.
We can ship to APO / FPO Addresses. Please choose USPS as your shipping option at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. To pay by check or money order, please call us.
Address Errors: Please take care to enter your shipping address accurately and completely. All orders (except APO/FPO addresses) must have a valid street address; a PO Box is optional. If the address contains an error and the order is already in transit, we can sometimes make the change with the carrier for a fee. If you notice an error in the shipping address, please call AND email us asap so we can attempt to make the correction before the order ships. This will avoid any additional fee.
