Shipping Information

Standard Ground Shipping

Our standard shipping method is Fedex Ground (for business addresses) or Fedex Home Delivery (for residential). Shipping costs are calculated before checkout based on your zip code. Use the map below as a guide for delivery time using Fedex Ground based on your location.

Fedex Ground and Home Delivery do not have guaranteed date arrival, but packages usually arrive 1-6 business days after they are shipped (see color-coded map below). We ship from New York. Ground orders usually leave our warehouse the day after they are received but on some occasions, it may be two or three days.

Fedex Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
Fedex Ground delivers Monday through Friday.

Fedex Ground and Home Delivery do not require signatures for delivery and packages may be left outside the building. If security is an issue, we recommend that you choose a Fedex Express air option, which requires a signature.

For time-sensitive ground orders: If you need the pan by a certain date, we will make every effort to pack and ship the order to meet your needs. Please let us know of your time concerns in the comments section when you are checking out, or else by sending us email.

Fedex Express Shipping

For urgent orders or if ground is cutting it too close, we recommend choosing Fedex Express shipping option during checkout. Please note: Express orders that are placed through our online checkout system will ship the following day. Also, there is no weekend delivery with Fedex express orders.

Fedex express saver: Guaranteed to arrive 3 business days after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Thursday. If it ships on Wednesday, it will arrive on Monday. There is no weekend delivery.

Fedex 2 day: Guaranteed to arrive 2 business days after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. There is no weekend delivery.

Fedex standard overnight and Fedex priority overnight: Guaranteed to arrive the next business day after the package is shipped. If the package ships on Monday, it will arrive on Tuesday. Fedex standard overnight arrives by the afternoon. Fedex priority overnight arrives in the morning. There is no weekend delivery.

APO & FPO Addresses

We can ship to APO / FPO addresses. Please choose USPS as your shipping option at checkout.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Addresses

We can ship to these locations. Please choose USPS as your shipping option at checkout.
