Serving Racks
To present your paella, use this stand with wooden handles. The rack also acts as a trivet for the hot pan, and it protects the table from any char on the pan's bottom. Please note that the newer models of the rack are white rather than gray. Available in two sizes. The 16-inch rack is ideal for 14" to 18" paella pans. The 20-inch rack is ideal for 20" to 24" paellas pans.
