Heavy Grade 14" Carbon Steel Paella Pan (36 cm)

Although this paella pan was designed for ceramic smooth top stoves and induction burners, we found the pan did not maintain full contact with the burner surface during product testing, so we do not recommend it for cerantop stoves. However, the pan works wonderfully on gas burners, ovens and outdoor grills. The pan is brand new and made of heavy grade carbon steel, which makes it more durable. As with any carbon steel pan, this pan requires a bit of care: you must dry it right after washing and then rub the inside with a little vegetable oil to prevent rusting.

Serves 2 to 4 people. This pan is good for beginning paella cooks and is one of our most popular sizes. Fits well over most large standard burners.
