9 3/4-inch Cazuela - Terra Cotta Dish
We use this 9 3/4-inch traditional cazuela for baking and roasting. It's an attractive oven to table piece of cookware. Dimensions: 9 3/4 x 2 1/4 inches. Capacity 7 cups.
Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. They can be used on the stovetop as well, after the initial seasoning (just soak it in water for a few hours).
