Jumbo Burner, Model M700 - La Barraca
This burner fits our 36-inch pans and smaller. It has three concentric rings of flame, and three knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 26 1/2 inches, the middle ring is 18 1/2 inches and the inner ring is 11 1/2 inches. You can use two rings for 24-inch pans, and the inner ring alone for 17-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 82,060.
Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
We include a complimentary regulator and hose with the burner to connect to your propane tank. Set of blue legs not included, but can be added below.
