Medium Burner, Model 400
This burner fits our 22-inch pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame, and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 16 inches, and the inner ring is 8 1/2 inches. You can use the inner ring by itself for 16-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 38,800.
Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
We include a complimentary regulator and hose with the burner to connect to your propane tank.
