Small Burner, Model 350
This burner fits our 20-inch pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame, and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 14 inches, and the inner ring is 6 inches. You can use the inner ring by itself for 14-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 32,000.
Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
We include a complimentary regulator and hose with the burner to connect to your propane tank.
